HIANN Nutrition and Cooking Class
Tahoe Ridge Resort Above Heavenly Ski Resort
HIANN invites all members and their caregivers to join us for a nutritional lecture and cooking class hosted by Chef Stephen Moise and Tahoe Ridge Resort. This will be a fun and interactive class for all!
· Executive Chef Stephen Moise with experience at Tavern of the Green will give a lecture on the importance of nutrition while cooking, especially the benefits of working with fresh ingredients.
· Participants will then follow along with Chef Stephen while they make Oriental Chicken Salad.
· Chef Stephen will discuss and provide 3 recipes
The Ridge has mixing stations with room to accommodate 20 people in the class, so if you are interested in participating or have additional questions, please contact Sue Baumruck at susanbaumruck@gmail.com or text/call at (775) 771-2950. Please remember that our survivors get first priority and this event is only available to members in good standing. Light refreshments will be served!

Who: Space is limited to 20 survivors on a first-come first-serve basis
Please note that survivors that require the support of caregivers can both participate; however, due to the limited class size, guests will not be permitted to attend unless space becomes available. Also, if you cancel your reservation after you confirm your attendance, HIANN will ask you pay for your reservation, provided we cannot find a replacement survivor at the cost of $30 per reservation.
