Come join 15 HIANN members and their family and caregivers for a fun day in Truckee hiking in the morning, then having a wonderful lunch, followed by archery lessons in the afternoon. Do we have any Robin Hoods or his merry men or women among our membership? Any member with a physical disability can participate but must have a caregiver present. Our hike starting at 9:00 am will run approximately 3 hours. Minimal hiking experience is required. Lunch will be held at noon, followed by Achieve Tahoe’s great instructors leading archery instructions. Additional information on the hike and archery locations will be provided to those interested in joining in this activity. The weather should be nice and you will get a chance to exercise and learn a new athletic skill.
Reservations Are Required By July 1
Once you make your reservation, should you cancel, HIANN will ask you to pay for your reservation, provided we cannot find a replacement survivor at the cost of $25 per reservation.
Please note that survivors and their caregivers are given first priority at our events. If guests are interested in participating, they can only do so if space becomes available.
Please contact Sue Baumruck with your reservation at susanbaumruck@gmail.com or call/text (775) 771-2950.
