HIANN offers many interesting programs to allow members to improve their cognitive, physical and mental health. However, many members have expressed a desire for a support group meeting where they can share the trials and tribulations of living life with a brain injury and/or supporting someone with a brain injury. Some of the topics that will be covered include: survivor tool kit, nutrition and health, organization skills, caregiver burnout, and other topics of interest raised by attendees. HIANN will share resources and information gathered over the years.  HIANN can help you live a more fulfilling life.

Light refreshments will be provided. All you have to do is attend and participate in the discussion.
